Welcome! Welcome to my blog, “Chi Puppy Life.” My family adopted two Chihuahua puppies on July 31st, 2010, and I thought it would be great to share pics and stories about our new life with these cute little dogs. Meet Ralph and Alice My parents named them after Ralph and Alice Kramden of “The Honeymooners” TV show. That show is really old and my brother and I don’t know anything about it, but we like the names.  This is Ralph. In this picture he is 9 weeks old. He weighs about 2 pounds, 8 ounces. Picture taken at the shelter. 7-31-10  This is Alice. 9 weeks old. 2 pounds, 15 ounces. Picture taken moments before Alice entered our house for the first time. 7-31-10 About our Family My name is L, and I have a brother, S. We are in 6th and 5th grades. We have two parents, 3 pretty cats, and one rat. The Chihuahuas are the very first dogs in our lives. We love them so much. The Beginning of the Story Ralph and Alice lost their mother when they were only 3 or 4 days old. So, all 5 puppies in the litter had to be bottle fed and cared for by humans. These puppies were lucky because they ended up with our great Aunt H. and her partner, T. They were foster parents to the puppies, and we got to visit them a lot and watch them grow.
